The new Motorola Adventure V750 is a must for anyone who is an outdoors adventure type. The basic reason is because this phone is capable of withstanding so many conditions that most phones would die within.

According to their website, this phone can withstand shock, vibration, dust, solar radiation, high and low temperatures and altitude differences. In fact, it seems that this phone can do better than human beings in these same types of conditions.

The military has sanctioned this phone and says that it will meet their specifications in all of these areas. The phone is available through Verizon and is specifically geared for the Push to Talk Customers who are very active and mobile. This technology allows people to each other or to more than one person at a time.

This also allows customers to be able to:

  • Have an instant connection with what they say is "the best" wireless coverage throughout the US
  • It has a feature that works like instant messaging so you can see who is "online" when you are there so you will know who is available to talk to
  • If you are a small business it will also let you keep track of your contacts
  • Has support from the EVDO Rev. A data

There seems like there is nothing this phone can't do. Although it has just become available it promises to be one of the top smart phones on the market. You can do many things with this because of all the features. For instance, it has V CAST Music with Rhapsody which allows you to down load music from more than 5 million songs.

You can copy a master copy of the songs to PCs, sync your favorite tracks and can get playlists as well. Although you have to buy a separate data cable for this it is worth it if you are into music. You also have a few external keys dedicated to music so you can get to it quickly.

One of the features we like is the fact that it has IM and Chat capacity which in our opinion is better than text messaging. You can also go to the media center to download games, ringtones, wallpapers and other things of interest.

Like I said, this phone can do everything - there is even a V CAST Video that lets you get the hottest clips from sports, news, weather and more. This sounds so exciting I can't wait to get mine!

Depending on what you read, this phone is going to be available either on the 21 or the 28th from Verizon. It would be a good idea to check with the nearest store in your area to tell you when it is coming to you. However, check the website for a rebate so that the phone will cost you $100 rather than the $149.99 it will retail for without the rebate.
