T-mobile first emerged on the cell phone market in 2002 and is currently headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. T-mobile was rated either high or above average by their customers in this particular study that consisted of four unique categories: sales staff, store display, store facility, and price/promotion.

One might pose the question of why one would need both unlimited text messaging and unlimited nationwide calling. May I submit to you that T-Mobile has pondered this and concluded that this plan offers maximum flexibility to cater to the needs of each individual family member?

Perhaps service preferences may vary from generation to generation whereas one family member may elect to actually talk on their phone, another family member, perhaps of the younger generation may prefer to communicate via text message the majority of the time. Many families will marvel at the opportunity to use their cell phones completely uninhibited because upon first glance, this unlimited service plan may seem ideal to cell phone savvy families, however, upon closer inspection; one may realize that this unlimited service plan can potentially be problematic. Can too much of a good thing really be a bad thing? Unlimited cell phone use reveals its challenges.
